Grow Green Heaven – Refund & Returns Policy
At Grow Green Heaven, we are committed to ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction across all orders, purchases, and green initiatives.
- Remote Garden: Tree Plantation Requests / Packages
- Once a plantation request is confirmed and the process has started, it becomes non-refundable.
- However, if your request is still pending and the plantation has not yet begun, a refund can be requested within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Clients will receive digital confirmation, visual proof (photos/videos), and a project receipt once the plantation is carried out.
- Physical Plant Purchases
- We provide live plants for delivery. If your selected plant is not delivered, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds apply only if:
- Payment was made
- The plant was not delivered
- The issue is reported within 5 days of expected delivery
- We do not issue refunds for live plants after delivery due to their perishable nature.
- Educational & Environmental Services
- For workshops, plantation drives, or other scheduled services:
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- Once the service has started or resources are allocated, the amount becomes non-refundable.
