1. Live Plant Orders (Physical Products)
   1. We deliver live plants and greenery products nationwide across Pakistan through our official online platform.
   2. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
   3. Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your city or location.
   4. A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
   5. Delivery charges apply based on location and order weight, visible during checkout.
2. Remote Garden: Green Plantation Services (Non-Physical)
   1. For those who purchase remote garden tree plantation packages, our field team plants trees on your behalf at verified locations.
   2. Customers receive:
      1. A digital confirmation
      2. Photos/videos of the plantation activity
      3. A completion receipt or certificate
      4. The service is fulfilled and proof provided within 7–14 working days after confirmation.
